Prices for our apartments:

for 07 - 14 days, per day and bed from € 24.00 + VAT.
for 15 - 24 days, per day and bed from € 18.00 + VAT.
from 25 days, per day and bed from € 14.00 + VAT.

Prices for our double rooms:

depending on property and duration per day and bed from € 14.00 + VAT.

Prices for our triple rooms:

for 07 - 14 days per day and bed from € 18.00 + VAT.
for 15 - 24 days per day and bed from € 16.00 + VAT.
from 25 days, per day and bed from € 14.00 + VAT.

Prices for our 4-bed rooms:

for 07 - 14 days per day and bed from € 18.00 + VAT.
for 15 - 24 days per day and bed from € 14.00 + VAT.
from 25 days, per day and bed from € 9.99 + VAT.

Additional:

A fee of € 39.90 + VAT will be charged for the final cleaning of a room.
A fee of € 135.00 + VAT will be charged for the final cleaning of a flat.
A fee of € 195.00 + VAT will be charged for the final cleaning of a house.
The amount is due on the first invoice.

During the Oktoberfest season, higher prices will be charged per bed and day.
